Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ THE POLICY IN ITS ENTIRETY! NO EXTRA GUESTS. NO KIDS.
LATE ARRIVALS:
The grace period is 10 minutes. Please do not abuse the grace period! Please be respectful of those who have appointments after you. Your appointment will be cancelled at 10 minutes and the cancellation fee will be charged. If you paid a deposit, you will forfeit your deposit, and it will serve as your cancellation fee. In the event that I am still able to take you, there will be a $20 late fee added to your total. If you know you're going to be late, please call/text and let me know before your appointment start time.
CANCELLATIONS:
All cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid cancellation fees. Services that don't require deposits are subject to a cancellation fee of the full price of your service for same day cancellations. For services that require deposits, your deposit will serve as your cancellation fee. If you call to cancel after the start time of your appointment, it will be treated as a no-show.
NO-SHOWS:
All no-call, no-shows will be blocked from booking and charged 100% of the appointment total to the card on file.
DEPOSITS:
All deposits are nonrefundable. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. Deposits will only be honored if you reschedule for a date within 1 week of your original appointment date, and can only be applied to the same service(s). You must reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time for your deposit to be honored.
If your cancellation fee can't be collected from the card on file, you will be notified and have 24 hours to clear your balance. If balance is unpaid, you will be blocked from booking future appointments.
